Hey, I sent some emails to my Adknowledge AM with no reply yet. Their links have been broken for at least 3-4 hours now. I assume they must know about this as I can't be the only person bent out of shape over this, but I'm surprised the outtage has been going on so long. All I get is a 500 error or this: Fatal error: Class 'XMLReader' not found in /easp/httproot/dynaff/lib/wurfl/WURFL/Xml/AbstractIterator.php on line 73 Anyways, just thought I'd ask here if anyone has a report on what is going on since my AM is apparently sleeping.
I've tried to contact them a number of times myself, and have yet to get a reply. :-/ Sadly, this is becoming more common place than not at some of the ad networks. ADK is not alone.
Well, we're 6 or 7 hours into this. I understand the pain of this as I had offers running a few years ago and had various issues with DT, hosting, servers, programming, etc. Only then I ate lots of money in make goods. What is the likelihood Adknowlege will give any kind of make good? They could at least post something on their site or send out an email rather than not acknowledging anything is going on. I keep holding out tonight hoping it will come back so I don't have to reschedule all the morning drops.
Right, ADKi isn't affected, CPC is. Apparently they are aware of this now (who knows when they figured out there was a problem) but no ETA on fixing.
Yeah, this kind of thing happens... You can never be backed up, mirrored, failsafed, or big enough not to have problems. I don't run exclusive ADK fortunately. In fact no one should run exclusive anything for that matter. But after some 14 or so hours it appears the links are working again. Hooray open the flood gates. Or maybe wait a few days
ADKi went down for a bit this morning too. It's not uncommon for their reporting site to screw up - or disappear, but today everything was offline. Just one more issue to deal with today - it's been brutal what with servers and IP issues - didn't need Adstation to go down too :34:
