I had the immense pleasure of pre-paying $52k for a 4 year lease on 3 /20's from a "Kelvin Williams" at ALTUSCGI. After about 3 months of no problems, he decides to revoke the LOA and provide a tunnel for the IPs.. Claiming he needed to undergo an "ARIN Audit" while he applied for more space.. After two weeks of using the tunnel, he decides he no longer needs to honor our agreement and leases the IPs to another person. I was able to announce the space from my colo and make use of the space for another week before his crying and malicious claims were heard by my upstream providers whom filtered the announcements.. Now I've heard from a trusted third party that he's shopping my space around in attempt to sell it.. Because of our contract I had to file a complaint with some Arbitration group in Texas and wait for them to review whatever. tldr; Kelvin Williams from AltusCGI is an unstable , pill abusing, pathological liar. I would avoid him at all costs and under no circumstances send him any money.
Nah. Sadly he's not the first clown to steal from me and certainly will not be the last. Being mad doesn't make me money. Just figured since he's shopping the space around I would let other people know of the problems that come along by making deals with Kelvin Williams.

Ah.. during the 'pre-payment' phase he was very chatty about his various activities.. One of which was his adoration for oxycontin/hydrocodone.. He also exhibits the typical drug addict's behavior of playing the victim when confronted about their lies and actions. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, he attempts to misdirect with irrelevant accusations. One of his reasons for stealing the IPs back were that I was aware of the "fair market value" of the IPs and failed to inform him of their value. Never mind the fact that we asked him to set the price for a 4 year lease and that's the terms he came up with.
Call me crazy but I would never prepay for a 4 year lease for 3 /20s... unless you're planning on being an ESP or something... markets change. Filters change. This industry changes. Always go a day at a time when possible and don't fall into traps like these. So my response was (in my eyes) justified. Wasnt ragging on Nick, he knows I love him.. just seems a risky investment for multiple reasons.
care to list the ranges so no one here buys 'em? or would you prefer to post 'em so if someone were to come across them - maybe they cook 'em down to the ground for you... :flute:

Regarding the you mad bro..... Last nights Grammys marked a big night for electronic dance music community, with the likes of Deadmau5, Skrillex, David Guetta and more up for several awards. Skrillex ultimately took home most of the haul for himself, but it was Deadmau5 that got the last laugh. Deadmau5 (Joel Zimmerman) was shown on the red carpet during the broadcast, complete with his ***8220;Mau5***8243; head, with a black sleeveless t-shirt with a phone number above the line, "u mad bro?" And as it turned out, that phone number was Skrillex's personal phone number. Skrillex took it well enough, though. He laughed off the prank on Twitter, saying:"Haha @deadmau5 just wore my phone number on his fokin shirt on tv gotta retire this phone." In a quick attempt to take some revenge, Skrillex tried to turn on call-forwarding to turn the prank against Deadmau5, but apparently the prankster was way ahead of him. "Nice try with the call forwarding @skrillex one step ahead of you! Ps. Congrats dude! Seriously, so rad!" he tweeted.
So the guy says he wants to work something out.. Says the IPs are back up.. I check, they are not. Curious, I ran a script that does a mass reverse dns lookup and can dig through a /20 in ~5 seconds. Whoever he sold the space to is a fucking moron. They set reverse dns on every single ip out of the 3 /20's.. 1 domain per /24.. Domains that are less than a month old, right around the time he decided to take the ips down with such brilliant hostnames like mtaXX.domain.net .. Idiots.
