    Hello

I'm having a big issue with OVH's IPs, once I start mailing, they block the port25 for each used IP.

The IP has have sent only 120 email each, and the the port 25 was blocked in few seconds after the sending.

Our data is clean and the server is very secure, what are we doing wrong, or what should do to fix this issue?

    This is their email:

    Dear Customer,

Our anti-spam protection layer has detected that your IP xxx is sending spam.

In order to protect our network, we have blocked the port 25 of your server, at the network level.

To help you investigate about this problem and fix it, here are a sample are some advanced details on your emails:

    Destination IP: xx.250.192.46 - Message-ID: - Spam score: 300

    Destination IP: xx.158.134.89 - Message-ID: - Spam score: 300

    Destination IP: xx.54.188.110 - Message-ID: - Spam score: 300

    Destination IP: 74.xx.29.26 - Message-ID: - Spam score: 300

    Destination IP: 66.196.xx.36 - Message-ID: - Spam score: 300

    Thanks

I used OVH servers once with 35 domains and each domain have 5IPs installed with mailwizz.
But at one time I sent to bad data, and got all of them IPs spamhaused, and then spamhaus contacted OVH and then OVH suspended all of my VPSes, I'm almost losing my mind because of this, all of my hard work.. gone overnight.

But then again, I'm sorry I have no solution for your issue.
I'm now not depending on just one provider to mail, because it sucks to get suspended at one time.

There is nothing you can do. ISP's like OVH have heard your sob story 1000000 times before by everyone else in this business..

Most ISPs/VPS providers will either block port 25 from the start, or heavily limit the amount of messages you can send. The ones who do not, typically, react like the OP's provider, shutting you down at the first sign of any mail, regardless of whether you claim to be compliant (yeah.. sure.. right.. of course you're compliant).

    # of domains, the platform or ESP you connect to, and all the opt in info in the world won't help you..

Thanks for the reply, and sorry to hear OVH has blocked your servers. But before you send the bad data and get listed in Spamhaus; how many email were you sending per IP per day?

    Thanks

    Interesting,

They block the port 25 even if I send 250 emails per IP per day to a clean data.

I use a standard hearders and HTML code, Im not sure where is the problem!

The problem is... (drumroll...) They don't want you sending mail through their network.. Your headers and code are irrelevant.

This might probably true, they're getting more strict with mailers.
