This isn't a troll it's a genuine question. What's the point of your waiting list? Why not just add more servers and make more money?
If I may offer an opinion on that screenshot, why use all those checkboxes when you can have 1 drop down menu with multiple selection .. like <select multiple size='6' name='states[]'><option value .... </select> The post in is an array of values you can loop thru. I assume you know this already and have your reasons but as you add more filters that page will look cluttered.
