I want to continue last thread about a new server with all IPs blacklisted.

This ISP agreed to help me remove all the blacklists and he really did it.

All the IPs got barracuda, DDNSBL, SORBS Spamhost (any time).

However, I have to concern the deliverability

Is those de-listed IPs' deliverablity as well as clean IPs'?

What you're asking about here is the IP reputation, or senderscore. Which can be effected by the situation described, or bad neighborhood/ghettos.

Being BL'd or blocked is only one part of the IP equation when it comes to monetizing your IP's effectively. The reputation of those IP's are your next hurdle. That being said however, if you are mainly mailing GI, I would not be as concerned with it. It is when you get into the TLD mailing, these things really become a major issue for your inbox/deliver-ability. Hence, why you have to "warm up" IP's for the TLD's.
