Can anyone here provide some commentary as to the differences between Bridge and Sift? We have used both but all things being equal Bridge is much more expensive and I am wondering if it is worth it to spend the extra money as we do have a ton of data that we need cleaned and verified? Thanks!
I would be happy to do so- So both are excellent products. Bridge has a great relationship with Sift and they have a fantastic service. We just work slightly differently. Bridge labels your files with the exact response code we have in our system so that you can use that information to decide what to mail (for example one mailer might want to mail to low complainers, while another mailer may want to avoid all possible complainers). So instead of telling you the risk level, we just give you the exact information. We both incorporate hygiene with verification although we have different sets of negative response codes so our results vary slightly. We offer a free test so if you are interested in testing us against Sift just send me a message so you can decide which service is best for your mailing practice. Bridge also has a separate service called TargetME which just pulls out positive responders from your file instead of labeling the negative users. This service is completely different from traditional hygiene and verification and leaves you with an extremely clean and responsive file. A lot of our customers use this over traditional hygiene and verification.
I have used a number of Bridge's services. I deal with Amy over there. I'm Scott from Sendwell. Anyone that knows me or my company knows that we have been mailing for almost two decades, have an excellent reputation for honesty and integrity, and are (I believe) one of the last large mailing houses. Their TargeME service was excellent. And I though that the price was very reasonable. I have absolutely no incentive from Bridge to post this. I want to make it very clear this is in no way to be inferred as anything negative to any of the other services. We have always had a very good relationship and result pattern with ImpWise. And in the past I've used Damien's service with great results. However Bridge's TargetMe... Phenomenal, and I would reccomend to any mailer. We did not just drop "a few hundred". I believe we dropped 16,000.00 the first time and were apprehensive at first, and within two mailings realized it might have been up there with the top money ever spent on any service in this industry.
What do you guys think about those email verifier software programs like from atom park software? They require alot of socks proxies but is it worth it?
Does these 2 companies require full data info in order to clean? Name, last, ip, timestamp, source url, etc?
