Any site offering online gambling to US customers would probably fall under the "don't care" category. CAN-SPAM is the least of their worries.
Definitely -- I wasn't able to find anything on the haus and makes me wonder why... They also do dictionary mailing -- I noticed they will keep trying if they don't find a 5.1.1 up to 100 recipients per round. I guess my biggest question on this whole deal was, why aren't they getting listed if they obviously spam without any concerns about blacklists, yet they do concern about can spam since it's an offshore operation mailing to a US offer. If this denotes plain stupidity, how are they getting away with it?
I get 4-6 a day - have been for a cpl weeks now. Their Host does not care about complaints I can tell you that much! These BH methods never last. I can only assume it will be a matter of time before something in the pipeline gets shutdown. (The server co, offer, deliverability, or company itself). The offer itself appears to be a .exe file that requires a download. Im not touching it!
It's more than likely a publisher promoting them. Most online gaming sites don't particularly care about spam as long as you aren't using their actual links in the body. To those wondering about online casinos, it's very lucrative if you know what you're doing. You usually receive, at a minimum, $350-$500 per player you send - other aff programs also give you percentage of net losses. So if the person blows $20,000 in a weekend (not uncommon if you land a whale), you're making at least $1500-$3000 off that person. Sure beats $1.50 zip submits, eh?
Those were the days... they rarely do that anymore though. Has anybody been following the new Wire Act "reversal" which is going to once again open the doors for online gaming? IGamingBusiness has a webinar this Wed. featuring I. Nelson Rose, accomplished gaming legal eagle, discussing the new ramifications and how this will unfold, if anybody is interested...
Yeah, my biggest prepayment was in the mid 5 figure range. Too many people found out this was going on and were taking the payment, then disappearing without delivering any players.
I know some players in the offline casino world that have been asking me about leads for over a year. When it actually becomes legal money will be flowing.
One of my first clients about 12 years ago was an online casino... chaaa chaaaaa ching! There is definitely a LOT of money to be made here.
