Hey Guys, My name is Chris Cain and I am the owner of Commission Gateway. We as a company started out in this business three years ago as email marketers driving traffic to our own internal Coreg properties. We are mailers at our core but built the network to complement our internal lead generation efforts. Just like all the other networks associated with MF, we pay mailers weekly who generate at least 1K in volume per week. I personally feel that there a number of really good mailer friendly networks out there and I consider Commission Gateway to be among them. We are excited to be a part of Mailer Forum and hope that at some point we can work with each and every one of you. Thank you!

Could you format your posts into an actual human readable format next time?,

I don't think anyone wants to work with someone who doesn't know where a sentence begins and a paragraph ends.

    Welcome !

Don't mind him blackfin. Some of us dont judge networks/people by the way a forum post is written lol.

Maybe make a thread dedicated to your offers to give people an idea of what to expect. Good Luck :)

I'm sorry but that's your own personal opinion, you shouldn't say 'some of us' because you (being one person) have a different opinion.

I wouldn't want to work with any incompetent person who can't format a post properly, and while I can't speak for other people I know they'd want to work with a network which is professional in every-way possible including literacy, grammar, and writing skills.

Otherwise what you're getting from them looks no different to me then a Nigerian scam, except those actually have spacing and paragraphs so if anything it makes them worse in my own personal eyes.

And the fact that you bold the word "forum" leads me to believe you think it being a social community makes things any different, you still project an image of yourself and your company no matter where you're talking.

Think about it employers have been known to look at job applicants facebook(s), myspace(s) and such and judge whether or not they want to give this person a job based on such because their personal life, writing style, and etc shows a lot about them.

So no a forum is not an exception, especially not when you come here looking for business...

Which is far different from your normal social network/discussion board,
    You need to look/act professional.

Think about someone wearing a trash-bag as a t-shirt to their meeting are you going to take them seriously?

    I know I wouldn't.

I'm tolerant to some extent, like simple and common spelling mistakes or run on sentences hell I won't deny doing such myself but smashed together text is either one of two things.

    One,
The person is lazy copying and pasting this post to various different forums trying to promote his business not caring about the quality of the publishers that he gets which says a lot about the offers he's going to have.

    Two,
This person wrote as much text as he could into a single post not caring about the formatting because someone will read it, which basically means the same as the above he doesn't care about the quality of publishers he's going to get which says a lot about the quality of his offers.

If you really care about grammar so much you'd notice that his post is only one paragraph in essence. He also has correct punctuation and spelling. Grammar nazi would be proud.

Now, look at it from this perspective..you're freaking out because you are having trouble reading a long post. I can understand if it was a wall of text. AND if it was a wall of text with misspelled words but that is not the case. It is very well written. Straight and to the point. A good overall "introduction" post.

Jesus christ, how about a warm welcome once in a while. The people on this forum have been on the defensive for so long against members that come from BHW or MMD that when someone comes along who truly means no harm, they get treated like shit. Its uncalled for and you should be ashamed of yourself.

    I agree Damian, relax Permy!

Lets not forget your entrance to this forum, I would say his was far more professional than yours was.

I'll jump in on this one too as I know Chris and he's good people with a solid network. Anybody here that decides to run with him will find him to be great to work with.

Note to Permy: Dude, you have a LONG way to go here before you can start chastising people as if you're a valued member of this forum for of all things such as grammar. You've been pretty good as of late with decent posts; but you gotta recognize that you're not quite there yet. Try making a few more friends before you try to take over the now vacant role of other members no longer with us.

I only noticed one grammatical error in Chris's post and was quietly thinking the same but who really gives a shit what I think.

Maybe one or two people on here. Maybe..

Chris is really good at finding offers that will produce opens. To be honest I haven't had a lot of luck getting his offers to convert except for one or two REALLY good ones but that probably has more to do with my intentional mailing strategy than any fault of his. I think it's a safe bet to say that everyone here who matters already knows Chris anyway for the most part. I'm not even sure why he needed to do an intro post.
