Hey Everyone! Sorry for starting a new thread on this, but I wanted to make sure that it grabbed attention since we work with a lot of the kickass mailers on this forum. We just took all of our current tracking domains out of rotation. They are still resolving but are definitely a little bit beat up. We have 10 new domains rotating, so log in and pull new links ASAP! We would love feedback on how these new domains help performance. If the general consensus is that it does help with delivery, then we will start doing this monthly instead of every few months. Also, if you are running consistent volume with us we do have the capability to give our dedicated/ exclusive tracking domains. =) Thanks!!!! Erin
Airin, I have no idea how guys are setup -- but my best advice there is to also rotate the IPs of your landing pages (or wherever you guys have cake / hitpath hosted at). It has an even bigger impact than rotating the domain. Glad to see that networks are actually looking into these kind of things
We can rotate IPs on the couple offers that we actually host the LPs for and the actual tracking domains, but the majority are hosted by the end advertisers. This is definitely something I can have the Ad Mgrs pass along to the adverts though! Thanks for the tip... definitely gave me some ideas to talk to my tech guys about! =) We love any feedback we can get that will make your businesses more profitable. It's what we are here for.
