    are you suppressing microsoft domains? Sometimes that is the culprit.

    if you wanted useful advice you really should have went about it in different manner instead of just looking for handouts. Since I'm in a good mood today: Here is what I would have done:
    This is not exact or end-all, but it will get you close to what you are looking for. Took me about 3 minutes to write this script. Given a file of email addresses
    Code:
            my %domains;
           open (FH, "<",'emails.txt') or die "Can't open file $!";
           while (my $line = <FH>) {
                 chomp $line;
                 $line =~ s/#.*//;
                 $line =~ s/^\s+//;
                 $line =~ s/\s+$//;
                 next unless length($line);
                  my ($local_part, $domain) = split (/@/,$line);
               $domains{lc($domain)} = 1;
          }

            my %majors;
            my $res  = Net::DNS::Resolver->new;
            foreach my $domain (keys %domains){
                    my @mx = mx($res, $domain);
                    next unless @mx > 0;
                    my $mx_record = $mx[0]->exchange;

                    if($mx_record =~ /yahoodns\.net$/){
                            $majors{'YAHOO'}{$domain} = 1;
                    }elsif($mx_record =~ /google\.com$/){
                            $majors{'GMAIL'}{$domain} = 1;
                    }elsif($mx_record =~ /aol\.com$/){
                            $majors{'AOL'}{$domain} = 1;
                    }elsif($mx_record =~ /hotmail\.com$/){
                            $majors{'HOTMAIL'}{$domain} = 1;
                    }else{
                            $majors{'OTHER'}{$domain} = 1;
                    }

            }

            print Dumper(\%majors);

    Output on a small sample set of data:
    $VAR1 = {
    'HOTMAIL' => {
    'live.com' => 1,
    'hotmail.com' => 1,
    'msn.com' => 1,
    'outlook.com' => 1
    },
    'OTHER' => {
    'att.net' => 1,
    'peoplepc.com' => 1,
    'earthlink.net' => 1,
    'netzero.net' => 1,
    'cfl.rr.com' => 1,
    'juno.com' => 1,
    'mchsi.com' => 1,
    'verizon.net' => 1,
    'excite.com' => 1,
    'windstream.net' => 1,
    'ameritech.net' => 1,
    'tampabay.rr.com' => 1,
    'comcast.net' => 1,
    'adelphia.net' => 1,
    'charter.net' => 1,
    'optonline.net' => 1
    },
    'AOL' => {
    'aol.com' => 1,
    'netscape.net' => 1,
    'aim.com' => 1
    },
    'YAHOO' => {
    'ymail.com' => 1,
    'rocketmail.com' => 1,
    'yahoo.com' => 1
    },
    'GMAIL' => {
    'gmail.com' => 1
    }
    };

    I haven't seen any from AOL and few if any from Yahoo for the CSS, but given the rate cuts from those 2, your data better perform on what little you get. SH does use Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail seeds to list on the SBL and to verify that you have stopped a spam problem.

    I like and appreciate IW, but they are not going to fix your data issues on the major domains.
