this sounds awesome but this is what the page says right now:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

    He surely is.

I have the same question. The site lacks an FAQ. Not clear where the data is coming from, how is it calcuated, etc.

I signed up, it's cool but buggy. After I signed up and paid it didn't work and still showed me the "pay here" screen, but it had a message that said "email us if you paid and the site isn't working!"

It's working as of this morning.. you have to search for key words it doesn't just give you a list, and then it shows you the number of times it saw that subject, the "read" and "spam" % but it isn't clear what those are since there is no documentation. I'm guessing the % of the time the message was read and the % of the time the message went into the spam folder instead of inbox... because some messages are marked as high as 95% spam.

i like it, it's pretty cool.

it needs a way bigger pool though, the ratio of transactional mail to affiliate mail seems absurdly high... like it's coming from the isp with the best filters on the planet or something

i'm also skeptical of the open rate numbers, subjects like "update on your application" will have a 0% open rate

it's also really frustrating to not be able to see an example creative, not that there is much in practical terms he can or should do about that since its a subjectline site

as far as i can tell the 'export to csv' button is broken too

Thanks for the feedback! This is just a beta so we definitely know that there is still a lot of work to do. That's why your comments and suggestions are so important.

The current pool is almost 700,000 consumer mailboxes from our panel and it is growing quickly. Additionally, we do a LOT of work to make sure we only show commercial email and not personal emails. You're not looking at ALL of the email - just the messages that are commercial. Over time, we'll probably be able to safely display more types of messages, but to start we are being very conservative.

When you see an open rate you are skeptical of, look at the "total" number of messages we saw. If its very low, then the open rate might not be statistically significant. Try expanding the search to "3 months" to find more messages like that one. You can also click on the Subject Line itself to get more detail.

Lots of people have asked for sample creative and it makes a lot of sense. We're working on a privacy friendly way to display that information as well.

I'm sorry to hear the export CSV isn't working for you. Do you get an error message?
