Data management tool for the Mac?

    Hi All,

    I have a 200 MB spreadsheet which has email, address, names etc..

    am unable to open this in Excel to only get the email ids...

    Is there a tool for the Mac that can quickly parse through a file and get the email ids in seconds?

    Am trying out the Email Extractor utility from MaxProg, but its taking over an hour on a million record spreadsheet....
