I recently found out some of my IPs being on the mail-abuse.org QIL database blacklist.

I clicked on the nice link that says "Remove", followed the instructions and got a confirmation message saying

"XXX.XX.XXX.XX has been removed from the QIL database."

However, when I lookup the IP again they are still listed - Even after 72 hours.

Is this normal? Is the "Remove" function even working?
