    Hello,

Does anyone have any input on this platform/service? It's a forum sponsor but I don't see any posts on it. I've tried reaching out multiple times for additional information but I'm not receiving any follow up. Anyone have experience with them?

    Thanks

Yeah. Are you implying anything based on experience?

These guys are good people and their platform is built on top of PMTA.
It's got a lot of features and it's still being developed as new features are needed.

    Doublesplash Platform

Ask me any questions you have about the Doublesplash platform, I can help with it.

    the good:

    - it's built on top of pmta
    - it can handle ttd and gi data
    - it is very good at junking and automation
    - there are several packages included that take care of bounce processing, clickers/openers, unsub pages, image hosting, etc
    - it does data management and is fast when building lists
    - you can test ips before using them and ips are tested while mailing
    - offer assets (subjects, creatives, suppression, etc) can all be synced automatically
    - domains can be synced automatically (namecheap is currently supported) and reverse dns, spf, and dkim is easily setup

    the bad:

    - it is an enterprise level platform, so there is a ton of functionality...which can be daunting to newbies
    - it is like an F1 racer in a school zone, if you obey the rules, it runs fine, but if you smash the gas, kids are gonna get hit

    the ugly:

    - it runs on linux and knowledge of basic linux commands is recommended
    - there is a monthly cost to use the platform
    - the price is negotiable depending on partner relationships
    - you do need a license to pmta to use it (or have access to a license)

Email me if you need more information. We aren't actively marketing the platform but are looking for partner relationship that need a powerful mailing system.
