Your emails aren't encrypted using TLS. Send your emails through the submission port (port 587).

Mail encrypted from my mail server to the Goog.

Its Gmails attempt for another level of authentication to determine placement... "GMAIL has been working on an initiative to update their security settings and standards for authentication, with a planned implementation later in 2016. However, they surprised users when they released changes last week, earlier than the industry expected. The changes released at this time simply put a red unlocked padlock in the upper right corner of an opened email indicating the sender is not yet TLS (Transport Layer Security) compliant. There is no additional security risk.

TLS is not widely implemented today. With their new icons, Gmail is moving the ball toward greater industry compliance."
