Has anyone tried out Griffith Park Media? We have one license with GPM and so far so good. I like the demographic/geographic targeting aspects of this MTA. It's user friendly, has solid reporting features, and we've been getting good delivery with AOL and Yahoo. Good support team also.

    Anyone else tried out GPM?

Would you consider these guys to be a full service esp? Do they help with feedback loops, blocking issues, etc?

GPM is OK. I've had decidedly mixed experiences with them. I agree their support is good though. I'll be interested to see how your delivery holds, Palta. Are you using their C block option for that? I had good results at first with that but eventually was disappointed with them. I agree though that their demo reporting is nice.

They will set up FBLs and look into blocking issues, but it's ultimately up to you to handle them. They are not like, say, Mailchimp or AWeber in that regard.

What does their demographic reporting do?

Delivery is pretty solid, about 95% overall but I'm mailing fairly slow and working on building rep. Right now I'm mailing with just 128 IPs.

That's the same setup I had too and delivery started out great but eventually went to shit. How many IPs are you using per send?

Re: the demo stuff, you can use it for targeting specific offers (CPA only though)

We are using 8 IP domain groups on new data, and 64 IP groups on clickers. Delivery is 95%+ across the Majors. Been trying to figure out how to get more revenue from our mailings since our delivery is good.

We use GPM and are happy with the results. Support is quite responsive to your needs and willing to make changes to the software as needed.

One area that may contribute to negative delivery is that they do not have any post-delivery bounce processing. We had them open it up so that all bounces are forwarded to us and we are manually removing people. Kind of a long process, but has resulted in better delivery.
