    Hey guys

At this point, do you think that it's possible to build good delivery on your own for health and beauty data/campaigns? I have tried a couple of times and so far I haven't had much luck.

I work directly with a couple of advertisers who give me their data exclusively. I run their live feeds through a couple of ESPs and then take the openers and drop them into my own system, slowly warming up my IPs per the system's owner.

Delivery has been terrible on the dedicated IPs and I don't know what to do with it. This isn't my first shot at this with health and beauty data either. Are the ISPs just too hard on health and beauty content these days? I mean you can get it delivered on the big ESPs easy enough, but is there any way to get it working on your own?

I might just be on the wrong system. Any feedback on this stuff would be great.

(The campaigns I do for this are long text newsletters also -none of the spammy stuff, pure original without any spammy words either. The only thing is they go to affiliate offers)

    Thanks

Did you signup for feedback loops at your targeted providers?
What's the bounce rate like on the data?
    What's the engagement rate like?
How long did you 'warm up' space ?
Did you use new domains, aged domains?

Feedback loops were set up by the ESP.
Zero bounces since this is just opener data (on the dedicated system).
Engagement rate - on the entire list, looking at open rates in the 10-15% range. About 10% of those opens click through.
Have warmed for a couple of weeks but the provider is telling me he's concerned about the low open rate.
Domains were 5 days old, so new.

Awesome thank you. Do you think 6 months is old enough?

Yes. Are you redirecting the click through traffic to 3rd party tracking/affiliate stuff? Some larger ISPs frown on that and will degrade a domain's worth.

I am. I was considering building out my own pre-sell pages to drive through. There would be links on those pages but at least it wouldn't be in the email...
