Getting delivery issue with hotmail/outlook data from last 30 days ... I have 4 Million Hotmail/Outlook subscribers (not purchased, collected through adword/bing campaigns and websites), data is opt-in and very good (like minimum hard bounces, no trps and active subscribers). i have very good response previously with same data but from last 30 days i start getting delivery issue , error is :- hotmail-ca.olc.protection.outlook.com #5.7.1 smtp; 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [xx.xx.xx.xx] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (AS3140). i have done all technical stuff like spf/dkim, rdns, SNDS/JMRP etc... initially i start sending @ 20 email per hours per IP and increasing slowly with aged domain with simple TEXT CONTENT (no link, no spam words, well formatted text content as per CAN-Spam law ) but After 4-5 days its start bouncing. recently i setup a server with 80 clean IPs with 5 aged clean domains and start sending but i stuck again after 3-5 days. Also, i am surprise that data is unavailable at SNDS account too ! means NO IPS in Blocklist at SNDS account showing. Anyone having same issue or any help or suggestion to figure out this issue.
