how to mail

    my list is 600k... and I keep getting shut down by ESPs when I mail... I've told that I need my own server and ips... I'm willing to do it but have no clue where to find this info... can anyone point me in the right direction??

    There is an ESP section on here that has a lot of vendors that work with your own server/ips you would do well looking over all of those.
