Depression happens to most of us, whether it's 'clinical' (brain chemistry change) or brought on by events or circumstances. It's been described as a "menacing, dark, heavy fog". Horrible... like an office setting after everyone has had Taco Bell for lunch.
How many of us like so many different mailers go through things with little or no consideration of a GREATER goal in mind? You can't live like a KING if you've only ever known what it is to be a foot soldier. In the same regard, you'll never know the joys and rewards of the "other side" of the fence if you've never seen it.
Part of the human condition is experimenting with new things in an effort to IMPROVE ourselves. With email marketing, there are a LOT of new lead types that are quickly being made available for marketing. Almost extinct are the days of dry/blind mailing with "coreg" sources, as the next generation of FBOOK verified leads, clickers/openers, B2B data, and buyers data is quickly becoming mainstream. Even the best data hygiene and cleaning services are taking a back seat now to the new FBOOK verification on leads because it's a STEP BEYOND just simple verification: being able to identify emails as belonging to FBOOK account holders gives the data an added kick.
As a broker who has serviced both top-level ROKSO'ers and also your everyday email marketers, I've seen a BIG PUSH for data that is more targeted and highly verified compared to the "de facto" early days strategy of “MASS MAILING”. If you're still marketing "old school", maybe it's time for a change. You'll feel a lot better for it and find it hard to understand why advice so simple turned out to be so helpful!

Just remember: _even_ depression can't keep a GOOD thing down forever! ALL that's needed is a CHANGE, and once this happens, things go back on track!

    Thanks,
    -James

Still trying to understand how "depression" is a proper segue into "data for sale"

Certainly one of the more weirder sales pitches I've ever seen.

Also- lol @ "the future/next generation" and Facebook verified anything. That's the past, buddy.

Yeah.. Reads like one of those pharma commercials you see at 3am on some cable network. Also you're seriously over-hyping "FBOOK" verification.. That's been played out for a couple years now buddy. It's so played out that the spambulance chasing bottom feeding attorneys create fake facebook profiles for their traps. I guess I would be depressed if I was a few years behind the curve and trying to sell it..

My dream is to buy data from a guy who works with "Top-level ROKSO'ers". That's sounds like high quality stuff.

Yeah, those are the guys I want to go to for my mailing advice. They stay off the radar, and any data they buy must see low volume usage lol

It is a pretty standard sales line for bizopps and IM "gurus". Just the wrong forum for this kind of pitch, LOL

    More ROFLS's...

I would LOVE to meet the people who need to see "screenshots" of the data files before purchasing.

Yup, this sounds like a copy/paste from a typical "guru" salesletter
