IP Brokers?

    I've been looking around quite a bit and saw two people in particular here on MF that were in the business of leasing IP space. Are there others? Is there a forum post or webpage resource that lists them?

    Also I know that mailer friendly server space is a hairy topic, given that noobs and such can mess things up for a host quite quickly. That being said, I've been reading the terms and conditions for various hosts and some seem to be friendlier than others to compliant mailers. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful, either responding here or by PM.

    There are a small handful of IP brokers that are trustworthy... in general, established people all know who they are. At some point as you network with others you'll be introduced. You certainly want to be seasoned before approaching one or you'll scare the bejesus out of 'em.
