Out of 25 million spam messages analyzed by the company, Leno was mentioned in the subject line of 38,000 of them, often with an enticing message such as "Jay Leno found taking drugs." Madonna and Cameron Diaz were numbers two and three on the list, with the remainder of the top ten filled by President Obama, AC/DC, Stephen King, George Lucas, Kenny Chesney, Howard Stern and 50 Cent. Cyber criminals follow the latest trends just as consumers do and they use these and the names of popular celebrities in their campaigns in order to lure people to websites that are full of malicious software," said Catalin Cosoi, head of the BitDefender Online Threats Lab in a statement.
