I have so many seeds that they become hard to manage. I use about 2 -3 emails for each of the big 4 ISPs, a seeds for each of the major cable players, and multiple GI seeds. In addition we have a few partners on some of our internal data that require...you guessed it more seeds. Soo many seeds! What do you guys recommend for managing your seed accounts? I would use outlook or sparrow, but have no desire to mix in my personal accounts with seeds.
Are you looking for a paid solution to manage them? What is the primary purpose of the seeds...to monitor delivery/ inboxing? To make sure that data isnt being used for unintended purposes? etc?
Both. The main purpose for mine is to monitor deliverability. And yes, for the list management stuff to monitor THEIR deliverability and to make sure they are following practices agreed upon. (Not re-selling or trading/not hammering data)
I have used this company in the past http://emaildatasource.com/Products/Email_Analyst/Campaign_Inbox_Deliverability But it might be overkill for what you are looking for. I am not sure if they have separate packages, where you pay only for this one service or if you have to take their whole platform. It's probably worth looking in to, as they do a good job.
I've also used another service...but I can't remember what it was. I only looked at the reports that someone put together. If EDS isn't what you want, let me know and I will reach out to that person and get the name.
Not sure if all your seeds are with places that have the ability to forward mail, but forwarding all your seeds to an internal catch all email/domain would work as well.....
