Hello all, Looking forward to learning how to improve my mailing skills. Have used a couple different ESP's with some success but really want to know how to achieve consistently good results.
I have used several over the past years - started way back with OptionsMedia and ListMarketer. Then used over the SuperGenii a couple years ago which performed well for a while. Currently using Interspire with an MTA add on which was recommended but have not been too happy with - just seems like I can't get out very much volume. Looking to change to something else the first of the year. As far as expected success - really just want to be able to get a consistent revenue per day/month. Even if it is only 50/day to start but consistent I would feel like the mail is going out and getting in. Right now it seems like stuff works for a while but then just falls off and it gets frustrating. Obviously would be looking to increase earnings going forward but understand that learning to mail well is not something that happens overnight but if I can get to a point where I feel like I understand what is going on then scaling would be easier than it is now.
Where did you get your iem install with mta add on? I am using a similar system but only for tld and on data that I know performs very well. I use that system to mail out a single offer with a specific data set and it kills it for me. If your trying to mail gi or cables with a system like that I don't imagine you are going to have a lot of success? Are you running Pmta on the slaves? What domain to ip ratio to domains are you using? There are a lot of things to be considered to help you make money mailing . One thing I can say is to don't expect to get rich quick and make sure you have the patience of a monk because shit gets crazy in this industy often and often without much notice . Got install done by interspireaddon.com Using it for tld primarily AOL. Started with a single offer for specific data but started to vary offers and data once results started sliding in attempt to see if it was offer or data related. Haven't been able to draw to any conclusions but my knowledge base is somewhat limited. #noob GI and cables have been tested but results were not as good as AOL. However better than with yahoo which I have not been able to inbox at all. Not sure - how would I check? 4 ips per 1 domain True that - my background is in data management so I have seen this first hand.
How to achieve "consistent" results is the million dollar question when it comes to mailing. Welcome.
