yes, they always have promotion. Once deposit at least $99, you can get a website like http://www.dynamicdolphin.com/ I'm not sure if they block single domain or whole account as I'm testing. But as I see dynamicdolphin is using them, I think they maybe only block single domain.
I have been using it for several years. You can set up one reseller account, and test if it's mailer friendly in your sub-reseller account.
