Paying My Clients to Come Out of the Closet

I am going to conduct an experiment. Why do my clients insist on trying to keep me secret no matter how hard I try the opposite..

10% off to any existing client for the rest of 2011 who simply says "We use SuperG" and anything else positive or negative is up to you..

Not sure yet... SG's claim of lots of happy customers may be a work of fiction, and hence actually belong in the Junk Section.

Actually, on a serious note - the original SG thread on here shows all positive reviews. I saw "thumbs ups" posts initially by Skrilla, BBWolfe, etc.

Let's get more reviews going guys. Now is your time to give constructive criticism, good or bad, SG deserves it at this point.

Took me a couple of months to get my first box profitable as I was testing out the platform, but now im running 3 and the rev keeps going up and up. There have been significant upgrades to the platform since i started using it and its now much better.

SG's platform is suited to a certain type of mailing so may not be for everyone but is def worth checking out if you are comparing ESPs.

 

To be fair, when they posted those it looked like they had only been using the software for less than a month. If they're still using it and happy with it *thumbs up*.

So it looks like we have 2 customers using our system. Wait, plus me is 3. PushSend is still staying silent so I wont count his team unfortunately, which is fair because I don't have authority to discount his clients...

Okay, okay. I'm one of those who doesn't really want other mailers to know about SG. When someone asks me what mailer I use I mumble something about "it's a private platform built by a mad genius who won't talk to you". But hey, 10% off for life is too good to pass up lol

For the past 11 months I have used SG's mailer - starting with 1 engine and upgrading to 5. Yes there have been a few hiccups along the way, but overall it has been the best mailer that I have ever used - that includes Volo imho. It is a huge advantage to have direct access to the creator and programmer. The fact that he is also a mailer and uses his own system to make his living is means that HE is the chief troublefinder, not the clients.

Biggest Pro - with AS Integration it is virtually hands off. Just check in once or twice a day to make sure that all is well and the clicks are happening. Very easy money.

Biggest Con - It needs a thorough user manual or training system for simpletons like me to understand. Just cause the mad genius knows what a feature is for doesn't mean that I do.

To be completely transparent, there have been months that didn't do so well and I did not make a profit on the SG system (but didn't lose money either). The last 6 months I have made substantially more money each month than the previous one, with one exception.

I just joined the system few days ago, not even set up yet. But already the fact that I decided to pay $450 monthly for something says that I believe in it.
As I said earlier, the system needs the real manual to be written.
