Puresend is a true one stop shop. If you're a clean mailer with good data, this is an esp to really check out. The cpm's are higher, but they will help with good delivery and get you setup on solid ip's. We use them and I personally recommend them.
Been trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with somebody at PureSend for weeks. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails
Obviously depends on your volume, but it's in the $0.25 range to start, but if you send out a decent amount that can come down.
Leroy.. do you know if there is another way of getting in touch with them that we don't know about? We have filled out their form and called them with no luck. Not sure how they get new customers this way.
I heard good things about them, did the demo, worked out the contract then out of nowhere they stopped returning my calls. No rhyme or reason...
I personally have a problem with chasing a company in order to do business. You hear that company X is hot, super cool to work with blah blah blah then you try to reach out and all you get is crickets chirping for a response. If it's difficult to get in touch, sign up and spend money with someone...how hard would it be to get support or if necessary a refund??? No thank you. :motz:
dead on PushSend, they said I would get the contract in two days. Called them on day four and seven... Never heard back, moved on. Always more fish in the sea.
Was on a conference call with them with other mailers. We were promised a demo account, wled IPs and good CPM based on volume. Very soon NONE of this materialized as the person on the conference call recanted everything he promised. On top of that they required a 6 month contract and $3k minimum to start. Clean data, responsible mailer? They don't care. They will see you as a spammer no matter what unless you are a established, known company. Next!
I've known the team at Puresend for a long time and only have positive things to say. Then again I've been a client of theirs for years. I do know they prefer not to deal with certain types of mailers.
I understand that but it is hard to become a long time customer when it is virtually impossible to get anybody to reply to an email or answer a phone call and they don't let you prove to them you are a serious and responsible mailer as well. Just like Pushsend said a few posts back.
Leroy, thanks for the recommendation. Always a pleasure to speak and spend time with you. Lolito, PM me and let's work this out. As many of you may not be aware, we have been going through some business/admin changes with our parent company, The Active Network. So I apologize personally if there were any issues previously. Would love to speak to anyone that had an issue with this. Also, I should have began with my introduction. I'm Jake Carney, Sales Manager with Puresend. And I definitely look forward to mingling with any and all of you whenever I get a chance. Anyone going to AdTech SF? Thanks Guys!
hey Everybody, other than Leroy, can anybody recommend puresend? just looking for more reviews and insight, thanks.
