Server Setups

    What kind of server set ups (VPS, Dedi) do you guys use for mailing? and what volume are you doing?

    I am getting started and would like to mail about 50,000 a day. What do you recommend?

    The reason nobody answered this question is because it's kind of pointless, no offense. Nobody here is using VPS's to mail, not with the kind of volume they do (which answers your second Q).

    Get yourself a dedi server somewhere, and based on the mta you're using, you'll get additional specs for whether you need a dual/quad and RAM and OS needed etc. For 50K names you don't need something hardcore...
