I have a server running with 5 IPs on it. The first three IPs got SH listings quickly (part of some GI issues we were having that have been cleared up). The other 2 IPs have not received SH listings but my delivery rates have crashed completely. All IPs have Barracuda listsings. Same data, various creatives ... Are the IPs that have not been hit by SH affected by the IPs on the same server that have been? Thanks in advance Arthur
I think the question you're asking is if the Haus listing will put you in a "bad neighborhood" and effect deliver-ability on ranges nearby? :06:
Absolutely possible - happened to me and cost me a server. It's called being 'side swiped' But if I read your question right you're asking about the 2 remaining IPs on your range. My advice - blast until you lose it and move on. It's only 5 IPs....
Are you running GI and reusing IPs? If so, there's your problem. And yes neighboring IPs are mangled sometimes. However those hosts that aren't as infested with mailers seem to be less vulnerable to this for whatever reason.
Correct. I have talked about this many times in other threads regarding certain (not all) ISPs and mailer "neighborhoods" (or ghettos). It makes you easy pick'ins.
I am mailing GI. I am doing just that, once a server gets a SH listing ... I just mail the hell out of the rest of the IPs and move on. Thanks guys Arthur
