    No, this just means they are not going to cancel their vacation just to vote on it. Nobody is saying it has gone away.

    Indeed, the hearings are only postponed until after the holiday season. Though demandprogress and some of the biggest firms on the internet have been giving them hell about this bill.

    It will be exciting to hopefully see it shot down in the very near future. Afterall, this is similar to the same way that the MPAA tried to have cassette tapes banned.... ignorance.
