Its been really solid for me as well. I havent been using it long and wish I would have sooner. I have used a few other platforms and have to say the quality of support really is fantastic. Any problems or questions I have are always resolved quickly and its never a pain to reach anyone. I have a feeling they never stop working.
Volo is horrible for GI...list management is cracked out. The last person I knew who used it said it crashed from all of the different domains. Throughput is solid all around.
The last time I checked (and please don't quote me on this), the pricing was $800/month. I think they offer a rev share model as well but there is a one-time investment up front and then a percentage of your revenue (Which I believe is in the 20-30% range). Overall, a great platform and the guys who run and support it are great and very easy to get ahold of.
MrWizard, ProducerK is about right in the monthly and also right in the assessment of the platform and the guys who run it. I don't believe they care about a revshare and will prove your initial investment well spent. Gotta spend to earn!

Completly agree with everybody here. I just stated with Throughput and they are nothing but helpful. And that's coming from a complete noob.

Its been amost a year later since I first posted in this thread praising Throughput and I am still happy with them do to this day. The service and features just get better and better.
