I've been using IEM for quite some time and now noticed how limited I am in my mailing abilities because of the software. The tracking can not track most of the webmails unless the images are displayed and that messes up my opener and clickers list. Is there a better way to track opens and clicks with IEM or am I better off looking at a better front end like Active campaign and Permicity?
All platforms use the same methods for tracking 'opens'. If your recipients software disables remote image loading, they will not track.
