    Well if you are in europe I would be more concerned. But, most of the laws are not really enforcing about. I remember the cookie consent law from years ago.

    It's just another regulation the larger entities will need to adhere to in order to avoid fines. I don't think it's much of a concern for the majority of mailerforum.

    As someone doing casino gambling offers... my partner is a bit concerned about this.

    I adjusted my privacy polices. For other sites you need t get consent, along with the right to export data, and right to be forgotten.

    This is only involves if your business/sites is targeting people in the EU. I hear though Canada may take the same approach.
