I know it all depends on the data but it will give you an idea about which offer to hit from the categories that suite your data. Please list your top 10 converting offers so we can have a long list of offers to hit. Seems like the offers you listed are what you'd end up with if you logged into your affiliate panel and clicked "sort by EPC". A better way to figure out what you should be promoting is looking at the spamboxes of the respective domains you are mailing and NOT mailing what you see a lot of already in there...unless you're good at making the creatives yourself.
@SuperGenii I know - I don't do much dating cuz dating category usually has a low payout. If you have some good dating offers please list them.
@DoldGigga Yup you are right but as you know not all the offers has an EPC so this thread can help finding those offers without having to waste time or resources testing new offers
