    Got this from a major network today:

    Restrictions:
    Consumers must be female. Consumer must have taken Zoloft or generic Sertaline (not “other”). If consumer selects extreme behavior, attempted suicide, asthma, miscarriage, fetal death, or other, they do not qualify unless they also had injuries related to heart, lung, cranial, leg or arm defect in child.

    Ok so in terms of email tactics, sure we can segment by male/female to make our job a little easier. But who has in their demographics, "Suicide (Y/N)", "Asthma (Y/N)" etc?

    These offers seems to be good for a quick pass through your database, but not really just your actives, but is anybody really making a killing off these legal offers?

    I'm friends with one of the bigger advertisers behind these offers and they actually have quite a few guys that do really well with their legal offers. I can't speak specifically about this offer, but I would say that it's worth testing a few of them.

    I ran it for shits and giggles. The low volume and higher complaint rate didn't really make the high payout worth the hassle. What it all boils down to is a decent EPC to Click Volume ratio - most email submits will outperform this offer.

    BTW if you're mailing GI, putting zoloft anywhere in the message is probably going to trip most spam filters. You can thank the canadians for that.

    I've never managed any consistent revenue from them, but the zoloft one in particular clicks like crazy for me, so I'll mail it just to build up my clickers.
